So I have been gone for about a week from the blogging world and I am really sorry for that :( I came down with something nasty late Sunday night and have been fighting with that all week. I have an awful cough and I have a runny/stuffy nose. I have gotten minimal sleep this week and I just can not wait to sleep in tomorrow and Monday (no school for Labor Day wooo!!)
Anyways, school is already starting to stress me out and I have already fallen behind :/ I am going to work much harder this weekend to try and get myself back on track. Tonight I'm going to a volleyball game and then tomorrow is GAMEDAY!!!!! Yayy first football game of the season!! I am really excited :)
Today I needed to go run some errands and while I was out, I decided to do some shopping by myself (FOREVER ALONE! ha) I went to Old Navy because I had a Groupon that I stupidly let expire :/ I totally wish I would've used it sooner and actually gotten the great deal, but instead I didn't and was only able to use the $10 that I paid for the Groupon.
This is the top I got!
It is super wrinkly but I will definitely iron it before I wear it out. It's silky and olive green. It totally has a military/safari feel to it and I love that about it. I really wanna wear it with my black leggings and it is long enough in the back for me to do that but I'm not sure if it is long enough in the front to work. If not I will just wear it with jeans! I wanna pair it with boots and my leather jacket :)
Then on my way home, I impulsively decided to stop at Kohl's because I am like obsessed with the one up here. And this is what I walked out with :)
This is a LC by Lauren Conrad top that I have loved for FOREVERRR! It was on sale and the best part of this top is definitely that tag. I saved $36 on it!!!!! It is so light and silky and comfy and the color is so gorgeous. It is definitely an easy transition piece because it can be worn with shorts when it's hot or skinnies and a cardigan when it gets cooler!
I went to Target earlier this week with Austin and I actually picked up a dress that I haven't shown you guys! So here that is!
Sincerely,
Shannon
